Located at 514 S. Main, The Stuttgart District Court, is the traffic and criminal court for the City of Stuttgart and the Northern District of Arkansas County. We also handle civil and small claims up to $5,000.00.

The District Judge is J. W. Green, Jr. and the District Court Clerk is Vicky Maxwell.  You may contact the Court at 870-673-7951. Our office hours are 8:00 A.M. till 4:30 P. M.
